Chakra Meditation: Balancing Your Energy Centers
Tune, align, and cleanse the seven primary energy centers (Chakras) of the subtle body using mantras and visualization.
The Subtle Energy Channels
In yogic anatomy, the human body is animated by a network of subtle energy channels (Nadis). The points where these channels intersect are called Chakras (wheels of energy). There are seven primary chakras aligned along the spine, corresponding to major nerve plexuses and endocrine glands.
Chakra meditation uses visualization, light, and sound vibration (seed mantras) to clear blocks and balance energy flow.
